Originally with Hillier Parker prior to the merger with CBRE. Managed the Crown Estate's provincial retail parks, provincial business parks, equity-sharing leases and City Portfolio. Laterly, leader of the team managing Regent Street which had 450 tenants occupying 3m sq ft with a highly reversionary rent-roll of £40m. Witnessed the intensive asset management of the estate which brought about the transformation of the street into the premier shopping street of London with modern offices on the upper floors.
