Responsible for project management of the Go-to-Market workstream of a simultaneous (7 country) international joint product launch with Vodafone. Successfully repositioned new Blackberry device from business to consumer retail store merchandising locations - proven (in part) by also designing / rolling out out an improved field data collection approach across all countries.

Offerings articulation and marketing strategy to create a compelling set of project management service offerings for external customers. This marketing work was complemented with internal business analysis to improve delivery efficiency and consistency; achieved by creating a PRINCE2-congruent control process set for a £150m turnover Project Management Office (PMO)

Responsible for integration / migration scenario planning - specifically cross-tower collection and dissemination of configuration data.
