Reporting to the Chief Product Owner, Servicing and Engagement, I am responsible for defining the Platform vision, strategy and roadmap for TD Insurance's self-service and Mobile App platforms. I also work with partners to create the business cases for our major investments, define our target KPIs and collaborate with Marketing and other partners to drive results.

I analysed business needs to understand them thoroughly and communicate them effectively to the project teams, bridging the gap between customer experience and technology.

While my primary focus was to create functional specifications for initiatives related to our digital Home & Auto insurance quoting tools, I also identified, analyzed and proposed solutions to client irritants in online processes, using Omniture Web Analytics, client emails, recorded calls and feedback from front-line staff.

I began my career at TD in the telemarketing team and within a few months I was selected to be one of the founding members of the newly formed web support team. I became a coach for the web support team, defining and documenting their processes.
