As an advisor to a group of 10 elected officials, I work across a broad range of responsibilities : political strategy, managing and implementing the group’s policy/political guidelines, and communication I support the elected representatives in their work and promote their commitment.• Council Preparation and Monitoring: Identifying key issues (among roughly 200 items), proposing relevant speeches drafting resolutions, motions, and amendments, and contribue to shaping the group’s political orientation.• Speechwriting and Public Statements: Crafting speeches and statements for council meetings and local assemblies, with tailored themes and messages for each opportunity and context.• Communication Management: Managing the group’s communications, including drafting press releases, creating visuals and videos, handling social media, and showcasing officials’ work and engagement.• Group Coordination and Support: Organizing group meetings, training sessions, and team-building events; providing ongoing support to officials in their roles and act as their representative when needed.• Liaison Work: Serve as a point of contact with the Mayor’s office, other political groups, and various administrative departments, contributing to the group’s overall political strategy and guidelines.• Mid-Term Report and Policy Analysis: Developing mid-term reviews, performing in-depth analysis of investment policies, and coordinating meetings with members of Parliament.
