I am a goal oriented manager with a preference for making fact based decisions. I have track record of identifying and meeting targets. During my time as a Civil Service health, safety and fire manager, I developed my own professional skills and facilitated improvement the subject knowledge of my colleagues. In latter years I adopted a more strategic approach to my management style to strengthen the ‘hands on’ delivery for which I am known.
