I am a Senior Legal Leader with a proven track record in navigating legal, governance, regulatory, and commercial challenges, while simultaneously improving organizational performance in the Legal and wider Business Teams.I lead the European and Indian legal team at SitusAMC (PE owned - Stone Point Capital and PSP Investments). SitusAMC has grown to one of the largest independent European Servicers with a focus on servicing and managing all aspects of Real Estate and Corporate Debt . SitusAMC's European business currently manages a loan book of c€120bn comprising a mixture of balance sheet, CMBS, specially serviced and NPL debt across more than 13 European jurisdictions.Reporting to the US based General Counsel and the European CEO, I am a member of the (i) European Senior Management Team, (ii) European Credit Committee and (iii) European and Global ESG Committees.My role is quasi legal and business with a focus on the European business and governance run out of our three European office (London, Dublin and Frankfurt). I am responsible for the European Legal Strategy, and managing, mentoring and supervising the European Legal Team.Separately my team provides legal, compliance and governance support to our growing business in India and APAC and the supervision of our Indian Legal Team. We have developed expertise and experience in the legal aspects of managing, developing and growing an Indian business. My experience includes substantial cross border European, US and Indian work in private practice and in-house. I have experience working across various sectors but with a focus on Financial Services, Technology, Real Estate, Real Estate Debt, Private Equity and Regulation .
