1) After EVT phase of new product, we'll need to involve in studying how production line assemble product, evaluate the whole processes and discuss all the design issues with R&D designer if it's existing.2) Based on the result of process risk assessment of product, prep PVPs(process validation protocol), and coodinate cross functional team to nail down and perform validation plan for each high risk process.3) Evaluate the demands of new fixture and machine/equipment, combine customer's requirement to nail down what kind of fixture/machine/equipment we need to consider.4) leading automation team to evaluate feasibility of processes, make development concept/plan/timeline for each project.5) Participate in performing actions of process validation and studying and analyzing that key issue point in validation process, throughout IQ/OQ/PQ activities.6) Make sure all relative documentations, such as SOP/pFMEA/OPC all have been released correctly and punctually to DCC(Document Control Central).7) Participate in the open meeting and conclusion meeting for all new products, ensure all the issues can be efficiently fixed.8) Drive and push cross functional team to resolve any issues we have encountered or potential issues.9) Handling and arranging department regular stuff.

1) In charge of making and guiding testing procedure of new product and medical product, managing all of testing project.2) Studying and update testing fixture, design testing circuit and PCB-Layout and program testing code with C language and asm language.3) Analyzing testing failure samples and to find out the root cause for new product before MP phase, report to Utah electronic engineer, and resolve all issues we encountered.4) Regular defective sample analysis and trouble shoot for all kinds of relative electronic product, punctually complete and finalize all missions which assigned by manager.5) Performing annual audit and report for all old and new supplier, evaluate the process capable of supplier.

1)In charge of designing(PIC Serial MCU) the testing fixture for Car AV system , updating and maintaining the testing fixture on time.2)Analyzing defective product for the motherboard's PCBA3)Improving process efficiency and collecting and analyzing debugging data.
