Executive Director on the main Board and Executive Committee with responsibility for the day to day income generation for the Bank and raising of liabilities.Responsibilities include direct control over both the Real Estate and Asset Finance Business Sales functions, along with delivering the liabilities side of the balance sheet, including the raising of both direct and intermediary deposits. Plus the development of policies, procedures and new products that will see that the Bank retains its competitive position in the market place and achieve its stated strategic and regulatory objectives.

A member of the Bank's Executive Management Committee with direct responsibility for the delivery of the Key Objectives and management of the Real Estate Business Development Team covering the UK from offices in Leicester, Sheffield, Bristol and Cambridge. Responsibilities/key Objectives include new lending volumes, overall pricing, mix of business between asset classes, growth in direct business generation, and ensuring the bank's brand values relating to fast, flexible and good quality service are adhered to at times.Additional responsibilities for management of the national broker panel, recruitment, product development, cost/budget control and related compliance issues.
