Planned daily photomask writing start schedules, based on order due dates, demand changes, capacity constraints, customer priorities, and tool capabilities and oversaw Work-in-Progress of average 500 orders a day.Monitored hour-to-hour production progress, by using a highly custom ERP system called MaskTrac®, for short cycle time orders to identify any potential production bottlenecks at the machine level, to adjusted routings accordingly, and to track status of overall WIP to provide customers with estimated and planned order completion schedules.Collaborated with 7 Photronics global sites on a daily basis to come up with global site to site order transfer strategies as part of overall production planning and to handle related issues, such as order forecasts/demands and pricing, production loading and capacity, order and tool status update, planned delivery schedules, and overseas shipment tracking.Implemented daily global site to site order transfers from more than 15 accounts worldwide to strategically maximize production utilization and sales revenue at each manufacturing site.Pulled resources from related teams as a joint effort to solve daily problems like conflicts between customer requirements and internal manufacturing plans, backlogs and delays caused by tools down, planned maintenance, and overloading, low production yield, shortage of raw materials, and order transfer issues with other global manufacturing sites.Accomplishments:Analysed each writer tool run-time by different product specifications to identify specific products that each writer runs more efficiently and daily reassigned products to each writer tool accordingly, which increased overall writer throughput by 15% for the first year. Awarded by Photronics, Taiwan, for cutting down on annual overseas shipping costs in 2010 by 41.2% compared to the previous year, which is a 3.7% value of the gross revenue in the year.
