These events resulted in glowing references and offers of repeat business in the Medway Universities. * Grew annual turnover from £147k in my first year to £182k in my second year. * Reduced Food costs from 31% to 26% due to hard work with my supplier groups. With these savings I saw a profit increase of £9k which helped me obtain a competitive price to sell the business on in 2008.
