Production of custom hockey handle sticks and grips for NHL.Bladder and silicone rubber moulding to utilize aluminum tooling.

Laminator of parts from rudimentary to structural for teams including Panoz LMP 900, G-Force IRL, Reynard LMP 900, Reynard LMP 675, Panoz Trans AM, among others. Duties include lamination of advanced prepregs, vacuum bag moulding & autoclave curing of race car components (side pods, front and rear wing end plates). Ability to work from designer/engineer drawings, lamination schedules and verbal orders. Duties also cover autoclave operation and repair of damaged post-race parts. Materials used extensively - carbon fiber, Kevlar, tooling prepreg, hybrids, E-glass, Nomex/aluminum honeycomb and foam coring, thermoset epoxy and various epoxy adhesives, tooling materials, and knowledge of release agents for block work TB650.

Supervise clean room staff of 10-12 people; responsible for interviewing/hiring laminators.Lamination of sports, concept, and funny cars.Oversee material inventory. Coordinate work with drawing office to make moulds.Materials used - epoxy board, tooling carbon, prepreg, hybrid kevlar carbon, release methods, and wet lay-up.Run all cures utilizing an autoclave.

Materials used - gel coat, prepreg, two-part foam.

Supervised up to 15 people in the Clean Room - responsibilities included administration of paperwork, meet all deadlines for chassis builds - which comprised of all components to complete a car. F3 chassis and Dodge Barbour chassis builds.F3000 - side pods, rear wing end plates, flaps, undertrays, water/RAD ducts, nose, and engine covers.Dodge Viper - all body work.Indy Champ Car - chassis, side pods, front and rear wing end plates, nose, undertrays, and engine covers.
