Recent project experiences within GHD includes:Responsibility for the coordination of the GHD HSE sub-contractor / sub-consultant registration process within WA.Assisted with the development of a Rail Safety Management Plan which enabled the client to comply with all regulatory requirements.Development of a HSE Management Plan and JSEA for a sub-contractor conducting environmental monitoring for the Exmouth Plateu in the event of an oil spill.Developed the HSE Project Plan for the implementation of environmental services being completed for a tier one oil and gas client (off-shore and on-shore) and subsequent HSE Management Plans for each project scope. Developed and holds overall responsibility for coordinating project specific inductions for GHD personnel and external suppliers.Completing contractor evaluations and providing recommendations on behalf of a local government to ensure contractors meet and exceed safety criteria for the project.

Responsible for the implementation of an overarching Health & Safety Management Plan across the Mid-West Gascoyne Region for all contractors and subcontractors working on the Main Roads Network. The role includes:- Site Supervision of crews performing high risk works- Development and continual review of supporting HSE documentation to enable contractors to work on the network- Audits and inspections - Training - Creating health and wellbeing initiatives relevant to the industry and region we work in- Undertaking incident investigations (ICAM's / 5 Whys) and subsequently sharing the key learnings / findings to other industry professionals
