Incollaboration with the Accounts Manager and Quantity Surveyor, designing the projected cash flowbudgets, aligning them with current financial performance, and overseeing P&L accounts whileapproving the monthly expenditure budget. Responsible in securing term and bridging loans from MBSB,ensuring financial stability during the development.• Supervise the Sales & Marketing team by establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales inrelation to marketing efforts.
