It also had an additional two million streaming downloads on the day of release on Freeform. The success on the cable network allowed Disney+ to produce its premier series when the streamer launched in 2019.

With an exclusive overall Executive deal, Simon was attached to some of the world's most successful game shows and reality competitions, including AMERICA'S GOT TALENT, CAN YOU DUET & CELEBRITY FAMILY FEUD. In addition, Simon developed original formats and oversaw multiple pilots for cable and major U.S. networks.

Nominated for multiple Emmys, PGA's, and winner of the People Choice Award, Simon was one of the original Producers for seven seasons of the phenomenon AMERICAN IDOL.  From inventing new casting techniques to audition hundreds of thousands of wannabes, shooting home stories, being responsible for the day-to-day activities of contestants, writing scripts for the host, shooting on miniDV cameras... there wasn't a job Simon didn't/wouldn't do.
