As Site IT Head I was responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of IT services used to support business process for all users at the site.

In the role as Head of IT Application Service, I was responsible, along with my team for the provision and operations of site service relevant applications.

- OnSite Support (Incident- & Service Request Management incl IMAC/DR): Management of external Service Provider and review of service level agreements- DeskSide Support: Implementation and operation of new IT solutions within IT User Services- Business Support and consultancy: Interface to business units regarding IT end user topics- Coordinating the implementation, maintenance and recovery of IT end-user services- Management and coordination of sub-projects and small projects for IT end-users relevant services- Continuous monitoring of the IT end-user services provided, identify vulnerabilities, develop and implement improvements- Management of (internal as well as external) employees within the allocated area of responsibility
