Since leaving the Armed Forces in 2014, after experiencing life-changing injuries due to an operational incident that cut short a successful military career. I've had the privilege of working with some incredible organisations full-time and as a contractor. As a motivational speaker, I've spoken to audiences across the UK & Europe - working with some of the biggest brands, including TEDx, Facebook, META, The Royal Ballet School, and Northampton Saints Rugby Club, to name but a few. I refuse to be defined by my injuries; I lead an active lifestyle and have found new ways of enjoying the things I did pre-injury.
