- Responsible for management of 3PL warehouses and national transport operation.- 6 DCs, in excess of 100k pallets, increasing to 8 DC’s, 150k pallets during peak season.- Highly seasonal business requiring detailed capacity and resource planning to manage peaks.- Acquisition of seasonal space through collaboration with other retailers.- Development of a network team to work closely with 3PL partners to optimise costs and service.

- GM for two Warehouses, with high bay, VNA and wide aisle storage, pick and despatch.- Headcount of 200 across 9 teams of multi-skilled colleagues.- Integration of Cadbury products into Trebor Bassett network, including product quality requirements.- National distribution for Trebor Bassett products and regional distribution for Cadbury products.- Accountability for all transport activities from manuafacturing plants through to customer deliveries.
