Equities Regulatory Trade Reporting (Oct 13 – May 2017) Responsibility for ensuring delivery of new functionality and processes to enable Equities business be compliant with new trade reporting requirements. Own relationship with Equities business management, compliance, operations and project teams to ensure definition of Equities Trade Reporting roadmap. New regulations include Dodd Frank, EMIR, ASIC, HKMA, MIFID 2 and CSA.‘Feature’ Project Manager, Prime Services (June 11 – Oct 13). Part or a project team delivering enhancements and new functionality to the platform being built in support of the new Prime Services business. Focus on delivery of new functionality with responsibility for liaising with all business areas from front office through back office as well as management of business analysts and interaction with development, test and production support teams. Deliveries include:Regulatory compliance: Enhancement and new functionality to ensure compliance with EMIR, AIFMD and Italian Financial Transaction Tax.Cross Asset Margining of listed and OTC Options: Implement changes to source feeds, risk and margin processing and reporting so that clients can be offered additional margin benefit and improve the Business offering.Reconciliations: Implementation of strategic reconciliation of source system feeds. Replacing existing position level tactical recs and associated business process, with daily transaction recs on strategic reconciliation platform.Finance: Automation of P&L feeds, interest accrual calculations, funding enhancements and stp and regulatory feeds in support of Basel 3 processing.

Responsibilities covering all aspects of project and program management including stakeholder management and communication, budgetary management, planning, resource management and hiring. Projects/responsibilities during this employment included:• Management of Agile/RAD development teams, delivering to both Product Control line management and Asset Protection Scheme stakeholders.• IPV project management and subsequent program management of initial phases of IPV deliveries covering bonds and equities for London and Asia.• End User Developed Application Control Framework program manager: global, cross function program to control business critical desktop spreadsheets and databases.• Input into definition of Business Unit Control future state architecture as part of Business Unit Control IT management team, including feasibility of leveraging/growing existing Bank technologies and migration towards shared services.• Internal Trade Reconciliation Project: delivery of strategic solution to address control weaknesses. Subsequent migration of interim solution to new platform • Product Control Reporting Tool: project management of phase to extend platform capabilities to include Global FXO Business, leveraging a mix of 3rd party vendor, business analysts, offshore development and testing.• Equities Sub-Ledger: management of support and all development activities associated with application, including transition of many activities to offshore 3rd party .
