As a Director at Kura, we provide Human Factors non-technical training courses to the aviation industry. Our staff are current airline pilots, including experienced Peer Support Pilots who participated in the first introduction of a Mental Health Peer Support System to a UK airline, and the military Peer Support System, TRiM (Trauma and Risk Management).The combination of these two factors ensures our Mental Health and Multi Airline Peer Support System (MAPS) has been developed by pilots and medical experts for pilots.We already provide stress management and resilience training to pilots at all stages of their career. Our team have military and civilian backgrounds, are trained and available as part of the Peer Support System.Kura is taking the basic premise of a Peer Support System and adapting it to engage a number of airlines in co-operation.
