As CSiCare Support Manager I am responsible for the day to day management of the Club Systems Support department

As an Airwave SRM my role centred around building a strong relationship with the customers I was responsible for and provide them with the confidence that the service they receive will be unaffected and any issues where dealt with professionally and more importantly within very strict SLA’s

In this role I was responsible for the day to day operation of the Airwave Direct Team. I was responsible for ensuring the Airwave service was delivered to Airwaves high security customers and all none blue light customers that may be involved in a national disaster scenario.
