Main functions of the role included - Management of in house team of service managers, technical managers, technicians and administration staff.- Management of the organisation Health and Safety management systems, including development of system and all auditing internal and externally.- Control and management of department budgets, revenue targets, KPI's and resources.- Development of national service network to cope with current and future company requirements of customer base.- Management and monitoring of the organisation’s external contractors to ensure KPI’s are maintained to required levels.- Providing support to sales team in customer presentations and account management.

Overall responsiblity for Projects division of Electrolux Professional in UK. Responsible for managing the department workload, budgets and resources. Responsible for the Health and Safety within dividion. Team included Designers, Projects Managers, Installation engineers and admininstration staff totalling 16 people. The team in total contributed over £6m to the turnover to the organisation.
