My role is varied and consists of a wide range of duties which include;Assisting the operations manager ensuring work is carried out safely,effectively on time and budget and meets clients requirements, providing technical support to office staff and operational staff.Prepare larger quotes where more detail is required ensuring best methodology and cost effective practices are used to ensure clients get best possible value for money whilst meeting needs of business.Reviewing quotes and ensuring costs and methodologies are consistent promoting the need for eye for detail and forward planning.Carry out site visits and audits of completed work ensuring work is carried out to highest standards required and meets the needs of clients.Motivate,train and develop the workforce and promote the importance of continued personal development in order to improve standards of business.

Preparing and Delivering practical and theory sessions in carpentry and joinery in line with awarding body framework.Ensure learners needs are met by implementing differentiation strategies to accomadate and engage learners of ranging academic ability.Monitor and track learner progress and motivate and encourage learners to achieve goals and objectives as sat out in learning plan, carry out regular progress reviews and identify areas for development.Deliver engaging practical sessions in carpentry ensuring health and safety procedures are followed and outcomes of sessions are achieved.
