I manage projects from initial client contact to job completion with Gardenzilla, Toronto's highest-rated residential landscaping company, This involves meeting with clients to identify project goals, evaluating sites, drafting quotes and project plans, liaising with onsite crews, and managing materials & timelines.Secondarily, I manage the day-to-day operations of the installations team, procure all softscape and hardscape materials, and represent management on our in-house Health & Safety committee.
