Employee Relations Executive
CurrentProviding bespoke advice and support to Manufacturers on all aspect of employee relations, including dispute resolution, recognition agreement issues and drafting and support and advice on all aspects of industrial action. Working with companies, devising and delivering bespoke workshops for SMTs, HR and line managers on practical solutions to IR matters. Workshops include SMT strategy days, Working Successfully With Trade Unions and Employee Representative training, aimed primarily at organisations with new or revamped staff forums, or those wanting to revamp or re-launch. Working predominately on behalf of companies with UNITE and GMB, I have built up strong relationships with full time officials with a view to working together to protect manufacturing. Pragmatic and business focused with a track record of resolving disputes. .Have worked in fmcg, manufacturing, engineering, retail, transport and logistics environments.
