As the program director, I had the overall responsibility for the Rockstart Impact program:- Bottom line: finding and selecting the best entrepreneurs of Nepal and advice the entrepreneurs, together with the team and mentors, to arrive at 10 optimized business cases per year that are viable, scalable and investable. - Managing operations and design of accelerator program adding maximum contribution to growth of the companies.- Hiring and management of team.- Finding and selecting experienced Dutch and Nepali business people for coaching of the companies. - Connecting companies to international investors, largely through 2 large scale pitching events (100+investors) in Kathmandu and Amsterdam.- Fundraising yearly program costs (200.000 per year, 50% through the revolving fund).
