As a member of the Melbourne dispute resolution group, I advised on a number of commercial disputes, including the defence of a landmark class action in the Federal Court in relation to alleged misleading or deceptive conduct and breaches of continuous disclosure obligations. I also undertook two separate secondments to ExxonMobil affiliates, providing litigation and regulatory advice, and defended an OHS prosecution.
