Completed 12 mid to large scale construction projects including residential remodels throughout San Francisco and commercial TI's. Responsible for project leadership - identify and implementing strategic plans based on accurate readings of specs and solid collaboration with architects, engineers, designers, subcontractors, clients, etc. Assisted owners and project manager in budgeting, bidding, and awarding of subcontractors.Managed on-site work and coordination of subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects, holding all teams to the highest standards for safety and quality.Partner with management to walk potential jobs to help build relationships and to advise on overall SOW, timelines, budgets, etc. Building quality client relationships that helped to ensure an increased pipeline of future work.

Independently supervised and completed 60+ projects with a variety of scales and scopes, both residential and commercial, throughout the Bay Area simultaneously. Accountable for ensuring that all projects are carried out according to plans, specs, and agreed upon terms/scopes of work. Responsible for developing relationships and maintaining all communications with engineers, architects, inspectors, and trades. Work in partnership with project teams to develop timelines, scopes of work, and materials lists. Contributing to bidding process. Managing onsite teams of five to ten employees, ensuring they are properly trained, following safety standards and delivering excellence. Facilitate and organize huddles/meetings with internal teams as well as meetings with outside partners such as engineers, architects, and trades. Increased knowledge and taught teams about applicable building codes and inspection requirements.

Including but not limited to demolition, framing, basic HVAC / Elec / Plumbing, underlayment, drywall hanging, taping and finishing, painting, flooring installation, finish carpentry (trim, case, base, shoe, crown, cabinet installation), window, door and siding installation.Learned basics of building codes and inspection requirements specific to the city of San Francisco.

Produce finished carpentry work in the repair, remodel and construction of homes, roofs, fences etc.Proficiently translate blueprints and become skilled with operation of required tools and machinery. Assist in estimate preparation
