Independently supervised and completed 60+ projects with a variety of scales and scopes, both residential and commercial, throughout the Bay Area simultaneously. Accountable for ensuring that all projects are carried out according to plans, specs, and agreed upon terms/scopes of work. Responsible for developing relationships and maintaining all communications with engineers, architects, inspectors, and trades. Work in partnership with project teams to develop timelines, scopes of work, and materials lists. Contributing to bidding process. Managing onsite teams of five to ten employees, ensuring they are properly trained, following safety standards and delivering excellence. Facilitate and organize huddles/meetings with internal teams as well as meetings with outside partners such as engineers, architects, and trades.
