I am a Division Manager for the WA Trades and Labour division of Stellar Recruitment. Stellar’s vision is to be the number one choice in global resources and infrastructure recruitment. I started with Stellar after spending several years as the Business Manager for Phoenix Shutdown Services; a shutdown and engineering company servicing the mining industry of Western Australia. Some of Phoenix's key clients ranged from Rio Tinto, BHP, BGC and Newmont Boddington Gold. My primary function while in this role was client relationships and overseeing the entire operational division for the company.My expansive industry experience has given me a solid understanding of what the industry requires and what diligent and prudent recruitment procedures and processes can do for organisations in securing the correct candidate for the right role.I am very much a people person, I enjoy interaction and understand both the clients and candidates needs alike. I am passionate and driven to ensure I build trust and respect through hard work and an unwavering commitment to place the right candidate in the right role. As the Division Manager at Stellar I am primarily responsible for key Senior Maintenance Roles across Western Australia, South Australia and internationally, as well as underground maintenance roles.
