CIPD Qualified Learning & Development professional with over 12 years experience of working within the Private Social Care sector. Prior to working in Learning & Development, I led a team of approximately 20 Care/Senior Support Workers in supporting 8 individuals with Learning Disabilities and other complex needs. I held this position for 4 years before advancing onto a position in Training and Development in September 2021. I currently hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership within Adult and Children's services as well as a higher level Apprenticeship in General Adult Social Care.I am first and foremost a Father and husband but also dabble as an amateur Musician, Songwriter and Performer. I like to be involved in a variety of artistic projects and avenues of interest.
