Responsible for business strategy and development, brewery operations, quality control and distribution. Managing a team of six across brewhouse, sales and distribution. • Recruitment and management of brewing, sales and operations staff• Revenue and Customs, National Registration Unit, local council, water and effluence compliance• Responsible for launching new products, including seasonal brews, core range and a barrel ageing programme • Staff training, health & safety, fire regulations and hazard analysis • Responsible for events strategy, industry representation and ‘meet the brewer’ events• Route-to-market strategy, sales pitching and key account management • Market research and recipe development • Established quality control, yeast management processes and installation of brewery laboratory • Creation and management of standard operation procedures, maintenance records, CIP records with ATP (microbial) analysis
