WHO I WORK WITH: Working with a team of highly skilled and motivated engineers, in coordination with architects and other building consultants, I manage projects from concept stage through to end of construction. This process involves good communication with many stakeholders, including building surveyors, geotechnical engineers, building services engineers, surveyors, planners and quantity surveyors.WHY IT WORKS: My aim at the start of each project is to predict and solve as many structural issues as possible during the design phase, so as to minimise any potential delays or changes to design during construction.This is especially relevant in the design of modular and pre-fabricated structures where the benefits of off-site fabrication were created to deliver time and cost savings in the construction phase.WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: I specialise in the structural design of buildings using DfMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) and I'm an advocate for Modern Methods of Construction.
