Completed various shots of senior-level difficulty in the MPC academy, which is the training program of MPC that replicated working in an actual film-production pipeline. Worked using Nuke to assemble shots that required the execution of numerous compositing tasks. As a result, I've strengthened my skill set in various aspects of compositing including multi-pass CG integration, greenscreen/bluescreen keying, 2d element integration, 2d tracking/match-moving. 3D camera tracking & projections, and color grading.

At DAVE I learned and practiced skills from all areas of the 3D pipeline. I learned software skills in Nuke, Maya, Mocha, Modo, Mari, and more. I had first-hand experience working on a team in a production pipeline, and employing production management tools such as Shotgun. I gained experience in taking direction to execute project requirements and meet deadlines.

I worked on the District 9 segment of the DAVE school production "Comp Wars". I was responsible for modeling the mothership, rigging the robot, texturing the drop-pod, and all multi-pass compositing in the 3rd and 4th shots in the sequence. I was also tasked with creating the dynamics of the street shattering as the drop-pod crashes down, which I accomplished using the Maya plugin "Bullet".
