Westside was a fledgling company when I joined and it has grown from a $30 MM start-up to a mid-sized company worth over hundreds of millions of dollars. As Chief Operating Officer I directly managed all the key company operations and key performance outcomes across the business through huge market changes and hostile takeovers.

AGR bought Upstream Petroleum when I was the Queensland Manager.In that role I negotiated a major carbon sequestration drilling contract worth over $6 MM I also started the Liquegas business and prepared business plan to grow the business which contributed to the sale of UPPS for $50 million to AGR

Santos is a diverse oil and gas company that was growing its onshore and offshore business as well as looking for key operations experience from the downstream sector. I held multiple roles within Santos.I led the Operations Excellence program across Queensland and Northern.

Lytton

I managed HSE and operating and capital cost budget and implements strategies to structurally reduce these costs for a section of the refinery. The goal was to improve gross margin of the production areas and leads employee relations strategy, change management and negotiations for structural improvements while leading a high-performing production team. I.

I was responsible for expansion and new crude oil and product assessments for the Lytton refinery.I did 2 over seas stints in Paris and the US. I set up refinery to run new crudes and expanded crude and reforming capacity by more than 15% via a major revamp. I was the refining division representative on companywide re-engineering project identifying $35M.
