Growing up, the future used to scare me. But then, aged 14, I joined 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙩-𝙛𝙤𝙧-𝙩𝙝𝙚-𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙩 – a global youth initiative calling for the restoration of 1 trillion trees worldwide. Ever since that, I have remained hopeful that our generation can create a wonderful future. 🌳As the initiative's first 𝘾𝙡𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙅𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝘼𝙢𝙗𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙙𝙤𝙧 in Czechia, I started the organisation as a volunteer high school project. Empowering 1000+ other Czech children and youth to 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹, 𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹, I started fulfilling the vision of supporting the kids around to become a generation of change-makers. 👨‍🏫 But we don't stop there. Together, we mobilise the world to protect and restore Earth's forests. Only then can we stop the climate crisis before it's too late. Helping my good fellow Ambassador and friend in Ghana, we raise funds to plant trees where they're needed the most. Gathering support from Czechia to plant over 𝟳𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘀 at our project in Ghana, we continue to show that healthy forests can make vulnerable communities face the climate crisis and live with optimism. 🌍️ ✌️ Reach out and join us on the mission to make Earth green again. I have also studied 𝑮𝒍𝒐𝒃𝒂𝒍 𝑺𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 at the University of Warwick, delving into the world's most pressing challenges to finish with a First Degree and Best Dissertation Award. I write and tell stories to inspire people to see a better future and empower them to act for it. I source that inspiration by immersing myself in nature, usually during long walks – my most recent one lasted almost 6 months when I crossed the entire New Zealand on foot, top to bottom.
