PolyOrbite is a student club centered on space technologies at Polytechnique Montréal. I was honored to be a founding member and the director of is rover division for 2 years. In this project we create a unique rover to competition in university challenge.During this time I have held crucial responsibilities and learned so much in terme of teams management, system engineering and project management. In any group project the strength is the member and combine force we can achieve, robotics being a mix of engineering field it is the ultimate test. The rover competition are absolute adrenaline boost, from simple travel organisation to crisis management I have used my resourcefulness to go the farthest we could. Under my supervision I had the fantastic experience to go twice with the team at the Canadian International Rover Competition and win second place in 2021 and in 2022 be the top ranking Quebec team. The social aspect in engineering can easily be forgotten, but teamwork skills, active listening, and structured communication aptitude are necessary to lead such a team. Having such responsibility also allowed me to valorize the importance of equity, inclusivity, and diversity in the club and in the engineering student community.For me this experience was an integral part of my engineering formation and I am happy to have led the team to ambitious goals, I am grateful for all the wonderful people I have met in this project.

During my firsts year at polytechnique I have been doing Educational actives for PolyOrbite. Our goal was to promote space technologies and engineering to the public of all age. I have been attending multiple event at the Cosmodôme, planetarium, eureka festival. I also have created and did activities such as a fun 3D modeling learning class on tinkercad for high school students.

Lion Electric is a growing and fast pace company specializing in manufacturing electric trucks. During this internship, I work in the tooling team of Lion electric. I responded to needs on the production line of the Lion 6&8 (Truck) and Lion C/D (School bus). I have to manage from start to end tooling projects. I first identify with assemblers their difficulties, ranging from safety issues, complexity of the task and time loss during assembly. With this information, I have to create highly specialized tools using CATIA 3DS that I make manufactured from external companies. Finally, I validate and implant them on the assembly line.In total, I work on more than 20 different projects ranging from simple component orders to full ­>100 parts CAD models. This incredible experience allowed me to learn useful skills in project management and mechanical design.

In this wonderful internship I worked on a total liquid ventilation medical device. I used my knowledge and experience in mechanical design to build a frame and increase performance and strength of liquide pumps and valve. The end product: Inolivent 8 was successfully used in experimental research by doctors.I greatly appreciated working in the Inolivent research group, this intership experience was enriching in my learning as a mechanical engineer student.
