Successfully working in partnership with Developers. WATER Applications have achieved almost £300,000 savings on connection charges and infrastructure charges. We have renegotiated utility provider contracts saving nearly £40,000 on one site’s excavation and connection costs. WATER Applications reduced traffic management costs on a single connection by over £4,000. Working with local Highway Authorities we have successfully reduced road closure waiting times from 12 weeks to 6 weeks. Having a good working relationship with Water Co. we have been successful in getting water connections on to the site from 28 days to 5 days. We saved a client over £7,000 on re-quoted connection costs by correctly re-submitted their application. We saved Developers time and hassle by being a single point of contact between their site and the Water Company – on a site with a one house build on average there will be over 70 points of communication, on a site consisting 50 houses on average there will be 200 points of communication and on a site of 100 house nearly 500 points of communication. WATER Applications now work with Severn Trent Water, South Staffs Water, Southern Water, Yorkshire Water, Dwr Cymru Welsh Water and United Utility areas.
