Launched The Digital House on behalf of The Insert House's Jim Lewcock, before the various companies combined to form the award winning London agency The Specialist Works.Built the digital agency from scratch, winning clients in competitive pitches against large established agencies. Recruited/trained a team of specialists across search, display, social, affiliate, email etc. Oversaw management of £1m+ media budgets for clients such as The Entertainer (thetoyshop.com), and creative projects for clients including Hotels.com.

Former Director, Co-Founder and Shareholder of CPDcast® - The leading provider of Continuing Professional Development for business professionals around the world. CPDcast was founded in 2006 to address a lack of high-quality online training for Lawyers. Due to the disruptive and ground-breaking nature of this project, most aspects of the business required creating from scratch.As a founding Director I was responsible for the build/running of the Podlab recording studio, the process and audio production on the CPDcast platform, and part of the team creating the technology. Built on the Symfony framework, the software ran on our own custom-specified infrastructure in London’s Docklands and allowed us to automate the workflow of recording, monitoring and serving CPD podcasts. Built entirely in-house over a 3 year period, it allowed us to compete on a level basis with some of the world's largest publishing houses.CPDcast® was sold to Informa plc (London: INF) in April 2010. Informa has 150 offices in 43 countries and employ over 8,500 staff.Since 2010 Informa have refocused the brand but are continuing to use the original CPDcast platform to power the business globally.
