During this three-month internship I worked closely with a technical team to help them better integrate two different solutions (Centrex VOIP + Netasq Firewall) for small and midle size business. I produced documentations and trainings.

For one year of coop, I worked on VoIP, routing, switching, wifi and server deployment for small and medium companies.

During this internship I set up a SQUID proxy server with URL filtering, SSO authentication, and reporting, in order to achieve compliance with a new French regulation for public Internet access providers.I also administered a Windows based network of 50 PC and 500 users, using AD, GPO and WSUS.

I developed a web site to replace a time-consuming paper-based process. In 2007 this tool was used by every province in France.
