Lead Creative for global roll-out of all LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Experience's. Key Responsibilities:- Lead creative vision for new LEGOLAND Discovery Centre global roll out - Partner with marketing teams to ensure product and brand alignment - Create and deliver presentations to key stakeholder's for product buy-in.- Work with architects to define attraction layouts and guest journey.- Manage the development of detailed design and specification documents for product costing. - Work with external IP/brand partners to create immersive brand-led experiences/activations within existing attractions.- Create master plans for refreshing of existing estate attractions to drive new marketing opportunities and increase brand visibility. - Develop design cornerstones to ensure quality and consistency in design of all future attractions. - Stay on top of industry treads and do in-depth competitor analysis to ensure we are always innovating above and beyond.
