I am currently employed as a Senior Process Operator within the Biotech Facility. As part of a dynamic Team, we autonomously run the plant and its associated equipment and services. My Duties include:• Formulating, Testing and Final Fill of Enzymes.• C.I.P and acid wash of all vessels and associated pipework.• Completion of all relevant Batch Documentation, accurately and correctly.• L.O.T.O.• Weighing and measuring raw materials and making up buffers for production.• Utilisation of various Control and e-Systems (e.g. Delta V, PAL, SAP, DARWIN and many more.)
