I am a highly-motivated and results driven individual. I have a proven track record of providing exemplary levels of customer service to a variety of clients. My previous positions have provided me experience in sales, negotiation, project management, financial management, team management, event management and given me a valuable and transferable skill set which I can bring to this next role. My role as Client Services Manager required that I was competent at both project management and financial management. I wrote documents for policy and procedure. These policies have been implemented globally. I analysed data and global trends, proposed solutions and matched resources to identified needs. I used this research to produce business cases, reports, fundraising documents, write policy, deliver presentations, produce executive summaries and find solutions to ongoing project development.
