Simon is a campaigning and community education expert who is obsessed with creating effective ways for global citizens to contribute to ending extreme poverty by 2030. As a co-Founder of Global Citizen, I managed the creation and development of the Global Citizen platform, the Global Citizen Festival and our music events / broadcasts, our various Awards and Prizes, and our Global Citizen NOW thought leadership series. I’ve delivered projects at scale in New York, Montreal, Mumbai, Johannesburg, Hamburg, London, Accra, Kigali, Los Angeles, Paris and Washington DC. As COO, I lead our strategy and campaign development work, oversee our product, shared services, and events & broadcast teams, as well as our international work, leveraging $48b in commitments to fight poverty and achieve the Global Goals.
