Retail :- Led a programme to successfully reduce Total Loss for a large Australian Grocery Retailer, including running the initial diagnostic and then leading a BCG team for three months to setup the programme and drive reductions in Loss. Corporate Development and Strategy- Reviewed the capital model of a listed Australian Property Trust , including analysing the economics of off-balance sheet investment funds- Developed a portfolio strategy for a listed Australian Infrastructure owner-operator, including reviewing strategies of all major business units and assessing overall portfolio performanceSimon has also worked as Practice Area Analyst for the Corporate Development Practice in Asia Pacific, providing specialist corporate finance-related assistance to BCG teams across the Asia-Pacific region, and supporting the development of the practice.
