My areas of responsibility include:-Agriculture – including domestic and EU regulation (Cross Compliance), development of General Binding Rules and a wide range of sector facing guidance.CAP/RDP – using evidence to influence the CAP and development of the Welsh RDP.Sustainable Land Management – working with key stakeholders, using evidence to increase the numbers of land managers practising Sustainable Land Management.Sustainable Forest Management – using evidence to influence the development of Forestry & Water Guidelines and acidification risk assessment methodology used by forestry staff. Land quality – developing Welsh Land Contamination Strategy, Wales Metal Mine Strategy, State of Contaminated Land Reports and the tools/guidance that support it.Geoscience – providing a comprehensive range of technical services to NRW (both strategic and site related), including Hydrogeology, Contaminated Land and Geotechnical Engineering
