Working as a team leader in one of the most diverse and multi-skilled industries I have carried out the following job roles:Utilising my HEALTH & SAFETY knowledge to ensure compliance, guidance and education within the workplace and external event venue, such as dynamic risk assessments.TRAINING a variety of clients, including the delivery of a training package to international soldiers in their country.EVENT PLANNING & PROJECT MANAGEMENT which i used to lead a team on a recruitment/outreach event resulting in increased recruitment.As SOCIAL MEDIA manager I increased our facebook page likes by 40% and successfully introduced a hashtag for our social media presence.Throughout my career I have been exposed and led on a number of job roles within the 'Public Face' side of the Army. Roles have included utilising my Health & Safety knowledge to ensure compliance, guidance and education within the workplace and external event venue, such as dynamic risk assessments. Other skills I have developed include training, of which i used when delivering a training package to international soldiers.

During my short time, I was involved in the warehouse and site operations of these specialist Event structures. I was exposed to and involved in stock management, logistics and site lead including communications with sub contractors.
