Responsibilities: Full responsibility for running the company and growing its core business of inspections.Duties Description:• Responsible for office overall administration;• Assist the GM in planning inspection policies and strategy, task force for process optimization;• Implement for Quality Assurance Program of ISO 17020 system;• Based on CCIC’s strategy/objective, set up office level objectives and corresponding short-term and medium-term business/operation plan;• Ensure that resources are effectively deployed to ensure operations’ conformity with CCIC values / Code of ethics/ Procedures through effective training and implementation of quality management system;• Responsible for the establishment, maintenance and improvement of human resource competence structure; • Monitor and review manpower / capacity planning to ensure the adequacy for business operation and improvement; Trail run for low cost model by reduce sample size, short inspection report and inspection bundling; • Manage and coordinate the interface and relationship of each department, solve problems, and create an environment, which encourages open & transparent communication, ensure the smooth operation and continual improvement achievement. Responsibilities: Training, Technical Support & AssessmentDuties Description:• Set up the whole training system for Hardline and implement/supervision the program for on-site trainer and classroom trainer; • Create and build up the technical base of WI, protocol, profile and BV’s general requirements according to international standard (CPSIA, 16 CFR, ASTM F963, EN 71… ); • Training for supervisors and other key technical staff; • Assessment the inspectors performance at factory for technical, integrity; • Respond to specific technical production problems, guide and support account teams in the resolution of any production or quality issues in coordination with the appropriate teams as they arise.

Responsibilities: Line Management/Technical SupportDuties Description:• Coordinate all inspection activity between inspectors and suppliers/manufactory; • Schedule arrangement, report review, support the team members, on-site training for inspectors and audit; • Evaluate new clients/samples and prepare technical report to department manager, making statistical summary report; • Go to factory with client for project discuss and inspection plan/ technical arrangement; • Factory audit and assessment;
