After six months as Project Manager at Taylor Wimpey I was promoted to Production Manager looking after a number of sites from implementation to completion including involvement with programming, production including quality, health and safety standards and customer service including liasing with customers where required.

Project Manager on a multi phased development in Colchester, Essex; managing a team comprising 2 site managers, 2 assistant site managers, an apprentice site manager and materials controller. In addition we had a site steam comprising of 2 forklift drivers, 2 labourers and 2 customer service operatives. The development was fast moving and challenging with the completion of a new road link as part of the planning requirements requiring completion by a set number of completions.
