1. Receiving shipment containers and delivery of materials to other lots from the main office. 2. Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.3. Manage inventory/supplies.4. Ensure the accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.5. Reporting all activities to the Logistics & Warehouse Manager.

1. Buying of white maize for FRA on behalf of the Zambiangovernment.2. Safe custody of the maize bought.3. Supervising other FRA employees at the depot.4. Preparation and submitting weekly returns to Main Depots.5. Create and implement strategies for improving operationalefficiency and accuracy.6. Coordinate schedules and review work performance for staff.
