With 30 years of experience in the print industry, I have a passion for creating beautiful, engaging, and effective printed materials that help our clients achieve their marketing and advertising goals.As the Head of Operations, I oversee the entire production process, from design and pre-press to printing and finishing. I ensure that we deliver on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. I also maintain strong relationships with our clients, suppliers, and staff, and I am always available to offer advice, support, and solutions. I am proud of the reputation and trust that we have built over the years, and I am motivated by seeing our clients come back to us repeatedly and refer us to others. When I am not in the office, I enjoy watching Liverpool, playing golf, and spending time with my family.
