ECSG was founded in 2019 after many discussions about the state of the British motor claims market! Although a new business, the collective management team has relevant experience spanning over 80 years. The team behind ECSG all share the same view that motor claims should be ‘just better’…… better for everyone involved, not just those that aren’t at fault. All too often profits, bad practice and self interest are put at the heart of independent claims management with little to no regard for the policyholder or 3rd party. People just want to be given a great service regardless of who’s to blame, the main aim is to return things back to some kind of normality after what is always a traumatic experience. It’s not hard to see why our industry has a terrible claims reputation.So, how are we different? Well, for a start we believe that benefiting from an individuals misfortune with regards to any form of personal injury claim is plain wrong.
